UX Designer / UX Tester (m/f/d)

What you can expect

  • You analyze and understand user needs and evaluate quantitative and qualitative user feedback For this you are in direct exchange with users
  • You find it easy to present your ideas in a comprehensible way using storyboards, process flows, mockups and wireframes
  • You create interaction design concepts and realize them together with the development department
  • You are instrumental in the further development and improvement of the Bee360 user experience and platform
  • You take a high end-to-end quality responsibility for our product Bee360
  • You perform usability tests (navigation, response behavior, consistency, performance)
  • You work closely with the Bee360 product managers

What you offer

  • Completed studies with focus on information design, communication design, graphic design, media informatics or comparable qualification
  • Preferably first professional experience in the field of UX design
  • High level of empathy for user needs
  • Quick perception and a structured and pragmatic way of working
  • Eye for detail and consistency in the product
  • Strong communication skills and very good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and desire to work as a team player
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
