An overview of what you can configure yourself and what requires customization services.
Customizations & Configuration Rules
- In general adopting visibility and adding new things is allowed, changing existing bee360 product standard is not.
- Configurations can be done by Customers theirselves directly in Bee360. They are not overwritten by any updates.
- Standard-conform Customizations are to be done by Bee360 Tech Consultants and require more detailed technical knowledge. They are not overwritten by any updates.
- Any non standard-conform customization will result in additional effort during updates and increase maintenance complexity.
