Bee360 Event Format
Customers learn best
from customers.
Customer Connect is the format where Bee360 customers exchange their real-world experience with rolling planning, Enterprise Architecture Management, and adaptive IT governance — openly, without any sales pressure, twice a year in Karlsruhe.

The Format
An honest exchange of experience among Bee360 customers.
Customer Connect is the event where Bee360 customers talk to each other about their real implementation experience — accompanied by Bee360.
The focus is on concrete practical questions: How does an industrial group actually connect financial and capacity planning? How do you make sure architecture knowledge really flows into investment decisions? How do you handle change management when hundreds of users suddenly need to work differently?
Each edition dives deeply into a single governance topic. Customer talks and workshops provide real-world grounding, an input session from Clausmark Digital University (CMDU) supplies the conceptual framework, and generous networking time — including a shared dinner — means the real value often emerges in the conversations in between.

What everyone takes away concretely for their own organization.

Value for Attendees
Why it's worth attending
First-hand experience
You hear directly from other Bee360 customers how they solved the same governance questions in their organization — detours and lessons included.
One topic, real depth
Each edition focuses on one concrete problem — from cost and capacity governance to enterprise architecture — rather than a broad, shallow conference program.
Benchmark your own maturity
You learn where your organization stands compared to others — on rolling planning, demand management, or EAM adoption — and what the sensible next step is.
A direct line into product development
The exchange feeds directly into the Bee360 product update — your practical experience shapes the roadmap, not just your own organization.
Example Topics from Practice
Example topics, as they emerge at Customer Connect
These three topics were brought in at the June 2026 Customer Connect, as an example of how concrete and practice-oriented the exchange is.
From Attendees' Perspective
How it feels for attendees

“It's a totally relaxed group. You have plenty of time to network and discuss the topics — and you take a lot away for yourself and your own company to optimize your own processes. It was a very open, honest exchange.”
“Naturally we found it exciting to contribute our input on how rolling planning works for us. On the other hand, also being a discussion participant and questioning how others do it — and questioning ourselves: Is the path I'm on really the right one? What input can I take away to adjust and recalibrate my current best fit?”
Past & Upcoming Editions
