All content shared within the community remains confidential. Neither statements nor their authors are shared outside the group. Trust is the foundation of our exchange.

Contribution over Consumption

The community thrives on active engagement. Every member is expected to contribute relevant input, experiences, or perspectives.

Real Talk only

The focus is on real challenges, concrete decisions, and practical experience — not theoretical or abstract discussions.

Zero Promotion

Any form of self-promotion, sales, pitches, or hidden commercial interests by third parties is excluded.

True Peers

Exchange happens on equal footing. Hierarchies, titles, or company size play no role.

Community Status

Membership status develops through genuine contribution and impact within the network.

Member

Part of the Bee360 Community through invitation or recommendation. Actively participates in formats and builds trust within the network.

Contributor

Engages visibly, through relevant contributions or by inviting suitable individuals into the community.

Inner Circle

At least a Contributor, with clear impact and high relevance for the development of the community.

Ambassador

Individuals who represent the Bee360 Community externally and deliberately share their experiences.

All statuses are reviewed regularly as part of a Quarterly Lifecycle Check and may be adjusted accordingly.
