Working Student Product Management Office (m/f/d)

12-20 hours/week - Karlsruhe, Germany-wide

Your opportunities at Bee360

In the product Management Office, you will support our team in the further development of our Bee360 software solution. You will help to ensure product quality, improve user-friendliness and expand the documentation. You will work at the interface between development, UX Design and consulting and gain exciting insights into modern software development and product management processes.

What you can expect

  • You develop use cases and prepare data – structured, comprehensible and practical – for demos, training and tests
  • You test features from the user’s perspective and provide feedback to the team
  • You work on product documentation – from how-tos and process descriptions to consulting best practices
  • You support the creation of training content, both for internal and external target groups
  • You help shape how new features are structured, presented and explained — for the best possible user experience

What you bring with you

  • You are studying industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar course of study
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and are interested in software, processes and digital products
  • You are an AI native – AI is a natural part of your way of working that you are happy to contribute to
  • You work in a structured, careful and independent manner, tackle tasks proactively and contribute your own ideas – even when dealing with complex issues, you maintain an overview
  • You recognize connections, like to think your way into processes and have a good feel for system logic and user perspectives
