Working Student People & Culture (m/f/d)

12-20 hours/week Karlsruhe

Join our People & Culture team and take on responsibility right from the start. You can expect a wide range of tasks that you can actively shape, refine and enrich with your own ideas!

What you bring with you

  • You are at an advanced stage of your studies in business, educational studies, human resources or a similar field
  • You are passionate about People & Culture and want to grow in this area
  • You have already gained practical experience, e.g. through a previous working student position
  • You are structured, reliable and enjoy working independently
  • You have strong communication skills, team spirit and a proactive work ethic
  • You are available for approximately 12-20 hours per week

What you can expect

HR Operations 

  • You will create and check HR documents such as certificates and contracts
  • You will ensure that onboarding and offboarding processes are followed and implemented
  • You will be responsible for internal surveys

Recruiting & Employer Experience 

  • You will screen applications and schedule interviews
  • You will help plan and organise events, such as career fairs or internal events
  • You will take on HR projects independently

Office Management

  • You will assist with office management tasks such as greeting guests and lunch preparation
