What you can expect

You enjoy scientific work as well as business topics? We are open to new technologies and ways of working. For this reason, we like to cooperate with universities and offer seminars and theses there. You would be the first point of contact for this. However, you will not only be working with students, but also with our colleagues. You will support them in developing new approaches and concepts within our business units and our platform Bee360. You will publish the resulting findings and results in the form of industry papers and present them at appropriate conferences. In addition, you transfer concepts through active participation in customer projects or in management consulting. If you enjoy teaching, you could guest lecture with our university partners.

What you offer

  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Successfully completed doctorate or you are considering a doctorate in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a similar field of study
  • Preferably first professional experience in fields such as consulting or IT management
  • Champion of new and innovative ideas with strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
  • Confident appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Persuasiveness and decisiveness
  • Willingness to travel, e.g. for conferences
