Consultant Agile Transformation (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You advise our customers in the context of their agile transformation.
  • In addition to the introduction of agile and product-oriented working methods, you will also support the restructuring of organizational structures and processes, portfolio management and IT controlling processes.
  • Conducting management workshops and training on the use of our Bee360 platform are part of your daily work.
  • You manage customer projects, coordinate tasks in project teams and are responsible for project controlling.
  • Together with the team, you will create concepts and specify solutions for the further development of the product area “Enterprise Agile Planning” (EAP), in which you will find efficient and user-friendly ways to fulfill customer-specific requirements.

What you offer

  • You have a degree in economics or business informatics or a similar course of study.
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in areas such as consulting, project management or portfolio management.
  • You have a good knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • You are a strong communicator with a confident demeanor.
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working.
